Payment: Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. We also accept insurance plans from a variety of providers.
Insurance: We will work with your insurance provider to help you get the most out of your dental benefits. However, it is ultimately the patient’s responsibility to know their insurance benefits and coverage.
Treatment Plans: We will provide a treatment plan for each patient outlining the recommended procedures, the associated costs, and the estimated time required. We encourage patients to ask questions and clarify any concerns they may have before proceeding with any treatment.
Patient Privacy: We take patient privacy very seriously and will always protect patient information in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Emergencies: In the case of a dental emergency, we will do our best to accommodate the patient as quickly as possible.
Patient Conduct: We expect all patients to conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner towards our staff and other patients. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who behaves inappropriately or who does not comply with our policies.
Liability: Sharda Dental Hospital will not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage to the patient or their property while on our premises.
